Such a place actually exists—it’s called the “Kulturfabrik”.
This alternative cultural centre allows its artists in residence to develop and perfect their transcultural artistic creations and is open to all forms of art. The Kulturfabrik team offers an annual programme of more than 200 events! Among them is the popular “Flamencofestival Esch” and other events such as “Out of the Crowd” and the “Bang your Head” festivals.
